Nope! We just need to have access to your yard or the area we are servicing. If you have a gate code or special instructions, let us know. We will notify you via your preferred method prior to arrival and send a photo after services are completed.
Pet Waste is scooped into a bucket & placed into scented trash bags. We typically leave the bags in your trash receptacle, but for a small additional fee, we can take the trash with us and dispose of it properly for your convenience.
We accept all forms of payment except checks. Our preferred method is via our client platform where your card can be billed on a rolling basis if you are getting regular services with us. We accept Credit Cards, Cash, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, & Cash App.
We love meeting our clients dogs! However, they can sometimes be distracting. If your dog is aggressive or not friendly, we insist that your dog is secured inside before the time of your scheduled service for the safety of our Technicians.
We care about the safety of your pets and loved ones. Careful approaches are taken to ensure no harm is done to your dogs or lawn. Our Deodorization services are enzymatic and biodegradable. We make sure to sanitize all of our equipment & shoes after every scoop to prevent the spread of disease.
Although a subscription is recommended to keep your services on schedule and maintain a clean and healthy lawn, it is not required. We offer Pay As You Go, where payments are due at time of clean-up.

For the safety of our Technicians, we do not service during inclement weather conditions.(thunderstorms, snow, hail, freezing rain) These severe weather conditions prevent our Technicians to properly perform their scoop. Your service will be rescheduled at your convenience.
